The winning team will participate in the 2016 National ProStart Invitational in Dallas Texas in April!
TheProStart® programis a two-year curriculum designed to teach high school students the culinary and management skills needed for a career in the restaurant and foodservice industry. Students also have the opportunity to participate in paid internships where industry managers mentor them. The Maine Restaurant Association Education Foundation, which administers the ProStart Program in New Mexico, is supported in part by theNational Restaurant Association Education Foundation through its ProStart Initiative.
