As an exhibitor, it's likely that you'll want to invited some of your best customers to the Expo as your guest. We have two methods by which you may attain comp passes as follows: Comp Passes for Advertisers Exhibitors who advertise in our show program have the added benefit of receiving free complimentary Expo passes to distribute* to restaurant &/or lodging customers. These passes will be mailed to advertising exhibitors in late-February for distribution to hospitality professionals. Comp passes are allocated as follows:
If you'd like to purchase even more comp passes at a discounted rate, click here for more details. Comp Passes for Non-Advertisers Comp passes may be distributed to customers of your business who are legitimate buyers from food service or lodging establishments. Please do not distribute them to: vendor-type business people, friends, family or other non-hospitality related associates. To protect your investment and that of your fellow exhibitors, we only allow professionals who own, operate or are employed by licensed food service or lodging businesses to attend the show. Additionally, please do not distribute these passes to those who will be staffing your booth. We provide exhibitors with staff badges at no charge.
