With rare exception, ALL exhibitors are expected to set up on Tuesday. Although your display may not take long to set up and your preference may be to load-in on the morning of the show - this sentiment is shared by enough of your fellow exhibitors that it can cause a significant traffic jam on the day of the show. It also bears mentioning that many of our larger food vendors truck in fresh food on the morning of the show and need access to the loading dock as well. For these reasons, we ask all exhibitors to abide by the set-up schedule.
If it is impossible for you to set up on Tuesday, it is essential that you notify the show director in advance of the event.
Day of Show - Wednesday, April 1, 2015
The show hours are from 10 am to 4 pm. All exhibitors are expected to staff their booths during these hours. All exhibitors on the main show floor should be in place and ready to greet attendees at 9:30 am. We conduct a "soft opening" at 9:30 am allowing early-bird attendees to visit with exhibitors on the concourse. If your booth is on the concourse (booths numbered between 100-130) should be in place and ready to greet attendees by 9:00 am.
Although the show closing is advertised as 4:00 pm, we do accept attendees up until that time. As long as there are attendees on the show floor or at 4:30 pm - whichever arrives first - exhibitors should remain in place.
If you are a food vendor, please know that a local hunger relief charity will conduct a food rescue when the show closes. Please leave on your table any food products that you would like to donate. This includes open food products that you feel are safe for consumption. There is state legislation in place that relieves you of liability for such donations. Exhibitors are strictly prohibited from giving open food products to late-in-the-day attendees for purposes of taking off premises.
