As the producer of the Maine Restaurant & Lodging Expo, we're conducting a full scale marketing campaign to attract quality buyers for the trade show. We encourage you to join the effort by engaging your food service and lodging customers by cross promoting of the event. Following are some ways in which you can get the word out.

Consider placing a link on your website directing your customers to the Expo webpage.

Invoice and Statement Messaging

Consider placing a note on your customers' financial statements encouraging them to visit your booth at the Expo. Use language like:

Comp Passes

All exhibitors will be issued at least ten comp passes (per booth). These comp passes will be issued in early March for exhibitors to distribute to restaurant and lodging customers. More Information on comp passes is available by clicking here.

Discount Coupons

As the event nears, we'll provide you access to discount coupons that you can print and distribute to your customers. Online registration closes about ten days before the Expo. Thereafter, attendee registration is accepted at the door on the day of the event. Day-of admission is $15 - $5 more than the advanced registration price. Coupons allow late registrants to pay the discounted price of $10 at the door. We'll email exhibitors when these coupons are ready.

The Maine Restaurant & Lodging Expo is the premier business-to-business trade show for Maine's premier industry - hospitality!

More than 120 exhibiting companies engage with hundreds of restaurant and lodging professionals in the most efficient and effective marketing event of the year.

Who may attend the Expo?

Owners and employees of licensed food service and lodging establishments are invited to attend the Expo to find inspiration, education and resources for their every business need.

Due to strict insurance regulations, no one under the age of 18 will be admitted to the show.
