What all exhibit booth staffers need to know


Please be sure that those staffing your booth are informed of the following:

Exhibit Staff Parking

Parking is a real challenge in Portland and it's imperative that anyone staffing a your booth follow our parking instructions. (Click above link for details.)

Staff Badges

Exhibitor name badges will be waiting for you at your booth on the day of set up (look for brightly color over-sized envelop). If you're unable to distribute name badges to staffers by the time the show opens (10 am on Wednesday, March 30), please bring their badges to event management in the registration area so we can check these people in upon their arrival without delay. (Click the above link for more information about acquiring badges for your staff.)

Internet Access

Free internet access will be available to all exhibitors on the day of the show. Log in credentials will be placed at your booth the morning of the show.
