Included Booth Furnishings & How To Order More


Following are booth furnishings provided to all exhibitors as part of the exhibitor agreement:

  • 10’ wide (side to side) by 7’ deep (front to back) exhibit space (per booth) with 8’ high back wall and 3’ high side rails booth drapes where possible
  • two 6’ vinyl covered tables (one skirted),
  • two folding chairs,
  • a wastebasket,
  • one booth sign, and
  • carpeted booths (except those on the concourse),

Some exhibitors may choose to order, at their own expense, additional booth furnishings through our official Expo exhibit rental services company, SER.

In addition to the aforementioned booth furnishings, following are additional amenities provided to each exhibitor:

  • one electrical plug providing 110 volt, 5 amp, 600 watts, standard power, and
  • wireless internet access.
