Exhibitor badges are provided without charge or limitation to our exhibitors allowing admittance to those who will be staffing your booth. We ask that you request a reasonable number of badges to properly staff your booth for the day. This number will vary by exhibitor depending on how many booths your company will occupy and whether your team will work in shifts throughout the day. We do require that your staff members do not overflow into the aisle obstructing foot traffic or blocking other exhibits.
You may email us as many times as necessary to request name badges. You needn't finalize your roster prior to sending a request.
