Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Business development and sales: While we have had significant success within the Restaurants, Hospitality and Municipalities arenas, we will pursue other market niches in which our Sales Professionals develop and can demonstrate an expertise which will bring value to our clients. 

Marketing and client support will be provided and the ideal candidate is driven by success and the need to set and achieve goals on a weekly, monthly and annual basis. Independence is a must.

All employees must contribute to our team effort by performing as needed and by helping to maintain a good reputation for our company’s products and services. 

Requirements:

·         Strong Work Ethic

·         Self-Motivated with a Great and Can Do Attitude

·         Excellent communication and marketing skills

·         High level of energy and organization

·         Comfortable and proficient with technology including all Microsoft Windows Office applications

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Critical thinking and good judgment to quickly determine and prioritize key issues

·         Work under pressure and multi-task

·         Preferred but not excluding an experienced individual within the commercial P&C insurance marketplace;

·         Brokers License preferred
